Master of Education:
Elementary Education K-6
The M.Ed. in Elementary Education meets the requirements for the Class AA (Master’s) Mississippi educator’s license in Elementary Education (K-6). The 30-hour, 10-course program of study may be completed in one year. The program is available only online.

Option for National Board Certification
An additional 3- to 6-hour option will be provided for students seeking National Board Certification. ED 640 (Special Topics in Elementary Education) will substitute for ED 605 (Instructional Design) and a teaching field course.
